Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flying Goat Apothecary. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product, here's how you can return it or get a refund.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items or products that have been opened, unless they are defective.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to Return Your Item

To return an item, please email customer service at support@flyinggoatapothecary.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price using your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@flyinggoatapothecary.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
